• Since we do not verify identities, never assume a user is who they say they are.

4. Content License

You keep the copyright to your funny answers, but you allow us to display them anonymously on this website so the matching works.

5. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use NoHopers. By using this service you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly permit users under 18 and will delete any such account if discovered.

6. Account Suspension

We may suspend or permanently delete your account, without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour. This is a free service; no compensation or refund is owed.

7. AI-Generated Avatars

All profile images on NoHopers are entirely AI-generated based on your answers. No real photographs are used or displayed. The AI generation is powered by Google Vertex AI (EU infrastructure).

8. Governing Law

German Law applies. Venue is Stuttgart.
